Yea piercings defiantly have their advantages. In my younger days I had my eyebrow and my tongue pierced twice(yes I know it sounds bad, but I swear it was cool back in 2003). Being able to just remove the unwanted piercing is nice when you tire of it, or a fad dies. Elyse previously had her nipples pierced, and she she said the pain wasn't all that bad. Tattoos are much more permanent. So I always tell people to really think hard for an extended period of time before getting one. Especially if it is in a visible location. I waited until I was 30 before I got any work you could see in a tee shirt. I wear a mandatory shirt and tie at work everyday now, so it doesn't matter what I have anymore. As far as the pain, I don't really think they hurt that much. I almost look forward to it, but then once it begins I am pretty neutral and just zone out. But like after the 7th hour I think it's starts getting annoying and look forward to it being done.
OK so I will give this another shot, wish there was more activity. Anyway here is a picture of my Sin City sleeve.
Tattoo's become an addiction, once you get one you are already thinking about the next one... I agree 100% with Scuba Steve.....I got my first impulse one when I was 22-23? and was 40 when I started in on the rest of them.....take lots of time and research what you want and where you want it.........my suggestion would be to contemplate a theme that you can just keep adding to (Sin City sleeves are awesome! btw). As well as the artist, although they all have to start sometime I would just prefer that they not start on me LOL My wife and I have almost all of ours done by a friend from North Carolina.... he comes up once sometimes twice a year to New Hampshire and does all of our work at our house.
Hmm not seeing an attached pic (that is if you put one). Sometimes pictures just don't show up for me though. I think it is a weird computer thing when I am at work. Did look though your album pics though. GP looked pretty nice, but didn't look like there was anyone there. Maybe you made the switch to TTR.
