We did an early morning guided trip to Coba and a cenote stop. It was truly one of the most memorable days of any vacation we've ever had. It was crazy inexpensive ($50 including pick up, tours and lunch) and was done by 4pm:icon_smile:

We really like the people and tours at Altournative Tours. They generally head to the Coba area. Very good tours and exceptional guides.

our guide was outstanding. If he wasn't a university history professor then he should have been. It's great when a guide takes such pride in his tradition and culture. I'm posting a video on youtube later today from the Nohoch Mul climb:icon_smile:

we did a day trip to the Mayan ruins at Tulum and Xel Ha. Really was quite interesting seeing the ruins and hearing about the history and culture. Xel Ha was fun too with snorkeling, tubing, etc..not to mention the all inclusive food and drink. It was a great day trip!

Do TTR provide 3 Bar/Clubs in one night service? If yes, what clubs in what days?

For that matter, does TTR provide any trips or excursions or is it all outside vendors?

They have a activity desk on-site where you can book all kinds of things, but I think they are mostly being the intermediary between the outside vendors. I believe the scuba guy is direct with him, and they also have their own booze cruise (not to be confused with the Boobs Cruise), which they kind of trick people into incorrectly booking their boat.

We went to the Isle of Mujeres on one of our first trips and like everyone else we took the ferry over from the ferry port, rented a cart and made a day of cruising the island, had some lunch strolled the shops stopped at the little bar by the departure for a couple of beers and headed back to the resort. We've also hopped the local bus and went for a ride to Market 28, and have done the Chichen Itza tour which we arranged at the hotel, and Scuba Steve was right we had booked for the "Booze Cruise" which we had thought was the "Boobs Cruise" luckily for us that trip got cancelled at the last minute. The trip to Chichen Itza was a long day, we got picked up dropped off at one of the shopping malls, where we met a bus and were 2 out of the total 8 English speaking customers, I point that out as the tour guide spoke little English and so we got dribs and drabs of the areas he was pointing out along the way. We stopped at a Cenote which was cool you think at first big deal it's a hole in the ground (at least I did) until I got to see it from the cave below then it was you've got to be kidding me this is f*&king amazing. We then stopped off at a tourist trap place for some lunch and a small show, at this point I was like we better be getting to Chichen Itza soon, when we did finally arrive the tour guide we had hired an English speaking guide for us 8 which was nice because we could then appreciate the culture a little better we walked amongst the buildings for a good 3 hours and then we piled back onto the bus. We were of course the last to depart the bus as Temptation is the last resort on the stop. By the time we got off the bus we headed to the buffet as that was the only place reservations weren't needed, as we were tired and hungry that day was a 12 hour tour day. So be mindful when booking to not party late into the night prior to because one of two things will happen
    1) you'll oversleep
    2) you'll be hanging like a grape all day

and the bus has a schedule to keep and they make 2 bathroom stops one going one returning
