I find wearing my cancuncare band overtop works well to keep the scratching to a minimum.

 

would a thick coat of clear nail polish on the cut end of the band help alleviate the scratching?

If you have an emery board that will sand it down decently.

 

I always try to get them to put it on my ankle never works

 

scratch , even hurts more on sunburn
