Hello, We bought into the RCI/Premier Original Membership ( why is another story but alcohol was involved). We were hoping someone who knows the process of how to use free weeks can help us. We bought back in 2013 and yet to use anything on this membership but were given two free weeks. Please send us a private message and we will go from there. Yes, we have the literature but none of it makes sense! :cry:
We don't have free weeks so I can't really help there. Have you tried calling Premier? I imagine using your free weeks is no different than calling them to book as you would normally do.
We use our free week in this December. Just give them a date when you want to go and they are sent to you reservation. Easily! Here is email customerservice@originalresorts.com
