Octoberbreast 2015 planning thread!

Tracey and I will be wearing name bracelets while we're there, it really helps to break the ice with new faces if you can start the conversation 'Hi Mike.....' What do you guys think? Good idea? Doesn't have to be a bracelet, could write your name in lipstick on your ass - whatever. Be good to know all y'all names.

 

We've seen them before. It can be a help for sure. Either way, this grouo is great about welcoming people so if you recognize someone just ssy hello.

 

I'll be one of the shorter ladies standing next to one of the taller guys! Lol. - I'm 5 ft and my hubby is nearly 6 ft so- I'm sure there's a lot of couples like that though- ---steph

At the bank picking up some peso's!!! Yay! Just getting a little more USD too! Yay! Two weeks today is our last work day!

I stopped at my bank on Monday and asked, the exchange rates and charges for peso's were terrible. I'll get them in Mexico if I get them at all. AAA wasn't too bad for the charges but someone has to be home to sign for the delivery and no Saturday delivery.

Melissa is 5'1" but I'm not close to 6ft. She likes to say she is fun sized.

 

It's our only option..the Canadian dollar is super crappy right now. I'd be poor if I converted it all to USD.

 

So which is better to tip with? I guess for us, it would be better not messing with different currencies. But, I am sure those we are tipping will probably have to convert??? and possibly lose on conversion.

Pros and cons of converting or just using the dollar?

Just use dollars. We bring a few hundred in ones and the same in fives. We'll tip a few bucks every couple of rounds to the bar. Last year we didn't make it to the bank ahead of time and had to hit the atm on our way out of town at 6:00am. So each morning at breakfast we would get our waiter Lucero to break the 20's for us.
