A friend of mine wants to come with us for Halloween but it's sold out, has anyone ever used the waiting list Temptation offers and was able to go?..

The site listed it sold out on 10/30 & 10/31 but I was able to book it using Orbitz three days ago. I HOPE I have a room as we are meeting friends there. Its the whole reason for the trip. However, if I get bumped to Desire for a night or two..i'd take it. We went for the first time in August for my B-day and it was AWESOME! :icon_smile: Christy
it all depends on your arrival date and time. people arriving on the sold out dates are more likely to get bumped,, but in the past they have asked existing guest to voluntary go to another resort , bribing them with free massages and fut er free nights , depending on where they are sent . have also heard ( read, not confirmed ) they now ask members first for the free upgrade to Desire,s
100% true and has been happening for as long as we have been members. If they know they will be over booked in the coming days, they will walk around the pool and talk to the members and ask them if they want to move to Desire for a certain amount of days. We have never done it because the dates didn't work for us, but we have had friends do it.
