Dear Diary - 15 Days to go Today, I've decided to post over here in OctoberLand with you all. If you haven't been following our daily posts, they've been a way for us to get through the last days before we get on our TTR Retreat. So far, most of our dailies have been on the September Roll Call because we arrive on the 26th with the rest of our Late Septembrian group, just after the SexTempters Group (did I get that right Spicy). Our stay extends through Lina's Birthday on October 3 and have a late afternoon flight home on October 4th. That means we'll be there with some of you for the Octoberbreast kickoff party!!! Yesterday, Lina and I attempted some more TTR shopping after work, only problem was that we had brought our 15 and 11 year old with us. Imagine the looks we got from them... Our youngest is like "Is that for your Mexico trip?" rolling her eyes. The oldest just puts his headphones in and resumes txting his embarrassment to his digital social world. I guess we're no better, chatting away on our phones with all our TTR friends we haven't seen for 6 months and a year for most other. Kids give us a hard time about that too sometimes. "What are you guys laughing at? Your just like a bunch of teenagers", both our children would say. "No we're not", I'd respond, "I'm 22 and I'll be 22 forever". hahaha Let me tell ya, we love our kids, but can't wait to leave those little fun sucker at home. Question: What do you tell your friends and family about your TTR retreat. Do you actually tell them where you're staying in Cancun or do you make up a story? We tell some but most Lina has a few names of hotels she troughs out there hoping they haven't been and start getting into details. For those people you don't tell the whole truth to, what kind of story do you make up for them? We'd love to read them, I mean, it's not like we're getting anything else done over the next 2 weeks.
