Ephedrine is a decongestant, it also happens to boost energy. It is also part of the ECA stack for fat loss. (Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin). Being in Quebec you should have no trouble getting it, it is sold over the counter. Currently you can only buy it in 8mg pills, you need about 3 of them at a time. (They used to be 25mg pills) Do not get this if you are stopping in the US, it is banned there. Not sure of the legality in Mexico. In a health food store the price is around $5-$10 for a pack of 50 8mg pills. Online you can get it for $2-3/pack. This is totally different than caffeine so don't base your tolerance on how many energy drinks you can handle. If you do try it start at a small dose.

Keep all drugs in the original packages, (and prescriptions in original bottles doesn't apply here ), and you should have no problems.
Make sure your first drink of the night is an expresso martini or two. Wakes you up and fucks you up all at the same time !
excellent response. Working out every day I take it twice a day as the stack form. Being a bigger guy I take 10 ephedrine a day. It will dry you out so make sure you drink lots of water.
