I read about 5 hours energy boost to have more energy after a hard day of sun and drinking lol but i was wondering what is the best thing that work and have no problem passing trought luggage in airport? Cause for me energy drink or coffe have no effect on me. I can have 2 or 3 of that and fall to sleep 5min after so what is the best legal stuff i could bring to help me out cause we are party animals lol so we will need it!
I can drink an energy drink and fall right to sleep as well. I just discovered these small cans of starbucks double espresso shot that you buy at the grocery stores and one of those had me seriously wired all day. It's small and 140 calories so it doesn't fill up your gut either.
I'm not a coffee drinker by any means but it's actually not to bad. It's espresso coffee with cream is what the can says. It's not near as bad as the 5 hour energy shot taste. I was wired so much I couldn't think as effectively that day. If they have Starbucks up there then I am sure you could buy them at the coffee shop. I'm taking some to TTR because it will be a quick little easy to drink energy boost each morning and won't take up much room in the bag.
Just go by your local supplement store and grab a bottle of caffeine pills. Online I find them for $3-4 for a bottle of 100. 2 pills will do it (200mg/pill). Legal, cheap, easy to carry, not liquid. 0 calories. Small can of redbull = 80mg Large can of most energy drinks are 140-180mg 5h energy - 200mg. Preworkout powders - 200-400mg/serving
I find , what I drink,, ie , beer ,whisky, tequila, has a huge affect on my sleepiness factor. try experimenting with different alchols
Have you ever tried Monster Rehab? It works better for me and gives me no stomach pain as Red Bull and the other Monster products do.
Lol i need strong stuff. As i said,i can drink 2 large energy drink in 5min and fall to sleep 5min after so i don't think changing the alchol i drink will have any effect on me beside getting more drunk hihihi. And about the pils i should try it but cafeine has no effect on me either. But thkx for all your answer i appreciate it and waithing for more suggestion lol
Try to drop caffeine for a week or two before you go and then it will have a Greater affect. Fab-mrandmrskimo
