Italian restaurant for sure! I love their carpaccio and desserts! The risotto unfortunately is terrible, but everything else is nice. As for local restaurants, you have to try Harry's Grill. It'll be a pricey meal, but absolutely the best steaks you will have just about anywhere in the world. We always try steakhouses when we travel and this place ranked at the top of our list. Credit goes to @RobAndLis for telling us about this gem last year!
Oh thanks!! Rudy loves steaks so we will definitely have to try this one!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
About how much for the meal at Harrys Grill for 2? If the steaks are as good as you say we may have to go. Also how close to the resort is it?
I too would like to know the answers to the above questions...I have looked it up on Trip Advisor and continued salivating over the photos as it looks as good as you said however no prices on their website so hard to judge how much you'll be spending! Ruth Chris is supposed to be another good one isnt it, and La Parilla? We're hoping to go off resort one night for a nice meal with some friends!
According to Frommer's, Harry's is about 450-1100 pesos for main dishes. Looks like it's about 11 km from the hotel Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I personally like Margaritas for lunch as my favorite meal. You can go without making a big production out of it still be wet from the pool. It's nice to order from the menu (fish tacos and other sandwiches/wraps are always super fresh and hot), then while you wait it is nice to snack on the appetizer buffet(which seems to change daily). Oh and my favorite part, continuing to order drinks and shots, and getting a little wild.
They serve drinks and shots in Margaritas? Why don't I remember that? Too many drinks at the sexy pool perhaps Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
