Just ask for what you want when you check in; requests made in advance don't seem to even be looked at from what we've heard and observed. A few years back, Marilyn's sister & husband joined us a couple days after we got there. They'd requested a first floor room, anywhere. They were assigned third floor. A quick request at front desk at check in, they got first floor.

 

Damn that pit bull when you want to sleep! Or talk or even dance. Damn him. We counted 7 different pit bull songs one night last October and a couple twice. Jen you just bringing him up has me all fired up thinking about it. One positive though is now every time I hear a pit bull song no matter where I am it makes me think of TTR.

 

Been there. It's pretty interesting.

Just counted and we're down to 40 days! Can't wait! We both have today off and it is one of probably three days all summer where we're both home and have no plans... So we're drinking champagne in bed and watching movies and dreaming of vacation, of course! xoxo - Kelsie

No we had our 4 & 8 year olds with us didn't think it was appropriate. But now that we know it is there we will go next time with out the kids.

 

Well... I am pretty excited for a girls weekend this weekend with 2 coworkers. Driving down to Grand forks ND to do some shopping, drinking and hottubbing without the guys or the kids.

 

In the last 10 years my husband never gets excited about a vacation until we are on the plane taking off. This is the first time he's actually been excited beforehand. Perhaps it's the anticipation. I'm not complaining by any means. If he enjoyed the boo cruise last year how can he not enjoy 6 days at TTR as a newbie? We are both looking forward to it. Dress rehearsal gas been fun!
