Hi, I am at TTR and will be here about another week. I'm an avid runner so I am trying to keep my workout up while on vacation. I have to admit it is always hard away from home due to a variety of reasons, including the use of different tread mills and even getting use to different outside surfaces that I am use to running on. Several years ago I slipped and fell while running in Aruba when running on asphalt that seemed slicker than what I am use to at home. Regardless the reason, I have re-aggravated on old injury in my left foot and am developing horrible Plantar fasciitis. For those of you that have had it you know that it mostly hurts when you first get up and when doing your normal walking routine, which at the resort has me even limping around the pool. I was previously prescribed Tramadol for this for those days when it really flared up. This helped me walk around without limping/no pain. I was told this is OTC here in Mexico and was thinking about picking up some to get me through the week. Is this true and if so, is there a good pharmacy nearby you can trust?
Oh wow, why does it say I have only posted once?? I have to admit I haven't been on here in awhile but i have been to TTR twice (first time back in 2004) and used this board several times to plan my trip. Maybe they reset me.
The guy across the street is pretty helpful as well. Or at least the guy who was there in April this year was
Okay great, I will check it out. Did you notice if they have Trymadol? I am hoping I can avoid going into downtown (I assumed that is where I was going to have to go).
I needed simple medication and didn't spend a lot of time in there. But for convenince you should check in there first. They seemed pretty good and I think they are a local chain in Cancun.I am sure they can arrange for something to be brought over if they are missing your needs.
I'm sure it's a normal pharmacy. Not like it's a shed at the back of a guys cousins uncles college roommate house plus if I remember correctly there's 3 pharmacies on that street within walking distance
Ya but the shed at the back of the guys cousins uncles college roommate house has better and cheaper'stuff' than the jetski rental area. A bit of an iguana problem around there tho But the uncle ususally throws in a shot of Tequila with your purchase
Well played!!! That's a whole different kind of medicinal purchase!! As long as it's the mayan viagra tequila!! I'm in!!
