We heard the biggest part of the renovations were to double the size of the breakfast bacon bar, and a two story sexy pool. Both are sadly long past due.
When we were there in May they said all plans are on hold as permits will not be issued, they are trying for 2016 but we all know about Mexico time.
Wasn't there something about a bio-dome for rainy days, installing a giant carousel so that the sexy pool is in sunshine all day, increased beach size, removal of all seaweed, two-story lounge chairs, spray on pants for the restaurants, stealth technology for all visitors so only approved cameras can picture them, smoke and pollutant removal systems plus an expanded and improved Nice Shoes?
The Day Club pool at The Cosmopolitan in Vegas actually added a retractable 'dome' for their pool so that they can have pool parties year round. Genius! I'm sure it was really inexpensive too. lol
Just booked it on the other link on Steve's recommended site -hotelsclick.com, was pleasantly surprised! Now, as long as they don't cancel my reservations in December, we'll be doing great!
