147 is for the lowest room catergory, wilst 140 is for the better rooms ( if available). That alone can be over 100$ @ night difference. so if you were going to pay for Ocean view/front then your ahead
And that was for the people that booked early enough, as the resort started to sell out for our week the referral rate was even higher then that. I looked for someone and if I remember it was north of $225 per night, but the dates they needed were already sold out.
Is anybody able to look up for us how much the referral rate will be for New Years? We are booked for 12/28/15 through 1/5/16 but we were told the rates wouldnt be available until October. We'd like to know how much it's gonna cost sooner than 2 months before!
Holy Crap!!!! Alpha rooms is looking better all the time even if I can't get open chairs and bottled water at the pool. Jamie
