Did it in May, it was a good break from TTR, but it is geared for families, make sure you are near the front of line when boarding the boat, or you will end up sitting on a stool. They offer Chicken for $65, steak for $85, or lobster for $105each plus a $12 reef tax each. They don't advertise the chicken dinner as they want you spending more.
I can be Captain Hook for you during one of the theme nights at Paty'Os and I will try to steal as much 'pirate booty' as I can to make it really entertaining and authentic. The best part is there will be no extra fee for this entertainment.
We went and had a blast. The food was great! They sat us up on the top of the boat, away from the families.
