You'll find the standards: Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, Frozen Margarita, Mudslide, Drunk Monkey, Mango Tango etc etc. My recommendation if you don't know what you want is to wait for someone to order something and then ask the bartender to make you the same. It's a great way to find what you like.
We always find it interesting about people complaining about the booze at an all-inclusive resort...we can always find something to drink that will more than do the trick!
