When we were there, there was a guy that had tattoos on his arms and his thighs, shaved head. I think people were calling him Billy?
Warren had to tell him to stop touching him self while he was sat round the pool ! He was on are plane going and coming home , he went home in a wheelchair! Think he broke his ankle

This is the same guy, his real name is Billy. He was there our whole stay and while he was odd and did some weird shit he never bothered me. He came up to a few ladies in our group at times but never caused any harm. (He did grab Tony's nuts once though) Story has it he had some sort of brain surgery and has medical issues and while on vacation he doesnt take a lot of his meds and he drinks too much causing him to not act right in the head. Tony had a talk with him on our last night there and he was actually somewhat normal. Sad story actually, he suffers from sever depression and some other things and calls his mom daily while on vacation and said he cries everytime he talks with her.. Things like that make me sad and make me feel bad for outsiders. Single men have it hard to begin with and if you're not completely socially normal it's hard to make friends and fit in.. So why not act like a nut job?
I wouldn't be too hard on the guy. He obviously has some mental issues, but to me he seemed pretty harmless. A little creepy, yes, but nothing that cannot be overlooked with a little bit of tolerance and compassion.
He seemed pretty harmless to us as well...some good friends of ours actually talked with him for a bit in one of the whirlpools and they said they had a really nice conversation with him. I know we have pics of Mrs. team dancing with him at PatyO's one night...(no touching involved lol).
