What's really odd is that LeeAnn and Gary's names were on the back of the shirts so it's not like anyone else could ever wear them publicly.

One thing we did notice last night (our last night there) around midnight or so...they had all the chairs stacked up in piles and had them moved out of the way so they could clean/scrub the area around the pool with a power scrubber...not sure how frequently they do that or what happens when they do with anything on chairs at the time.

I know in regards to my lost shoes I had to go back to lost and found more than once until they actually showed up. Almost sounds like lost and found items are kept in multiple locations, depending on what group finds the item.

If it was up to me there'd be zero reserving chairs allowed. If you got up off your chair for more than a visit to the washroom or the bar, then I'd open it up for anyone to use. It's ridiculous. Nobody would dream of reserving a chair at Nice Shoes or Paty O. If you're not on your chair and there's nobody in your party there to say "sorry that seat is taken" or "I'm saving that for a friend" then it should be available for anyone to sit in! Why is the social etiquette different for lounge chairs and bar stools?

The only time it bothers me is when someone reserves a chair and isn't even at the pool.
If they're in the pool then they deserve somewhere to chill for a while in their chair.

When we arrive in September, if chairs are scarce I'll happily move someone's towel/shirt, under the chair if it's been unattended for a couple of hours.

This whole chair thing had for the most part disappeared after they built the Premier section adding a bunch more chairs to the area.

There are lots of chairs for every one ''there''

It has resurfaced because TTR has stopped stacking the chairs every night and cleaning the deck.

    Solution

Get the deck dirty every day :)

So apart from the unfortunate theft, how was your stay?

Back last October, we saw someone go through the pool area at about 3:00am and take every last shirt, and there were a bunch of them, that was saving a chair and throw them all in the pool. I thought that was funny as hell. Not stealing but making a point.
