Expedia for us and cheapcaribbean was good, too. I shopped for about a month watching prices on all the sites. I used Kayak to compare and Orbitz would often have the best price listed but to get that price, I would have to get the worst flights possible, often a red eye arriving the day after we planned. By the time I had the flight times we wanted, the price was much higher.
We either book hotel and flights directly from the hotel website or use Expedia. I use Expedia for all of our other travel and the customer service when if I ever have to call to change things is amazing. I will never use Orbitz again after spending hours and hours on the phone with their customer service, getting disconnected or transferred 4 times to get the right person.
Orbitz, promo, 150vaca, is now available through the end of the year, a good deal and $150, savings. Now we are going to book.
just got expedia (first time to use them ) tickets. 8 days, 7 nights with travel Insurance 2160 for two. Memphis to Atlanta and back. Delta.. Arrival before noon and leaving after noon time slots. Also, got USA Transfer airport to TTR and pickup when leaving... the deal is done...now the wait...
We've tried several but have found usairwaysvacations.com usually offers the best deal. We always buy their trip cancellation insurance too. Also, kayak.com will check prices at several travel sites simultaneously. You didn't say what country u are traveling from.
I've been loyal to expedia for quite awhile with no complaints, but I wish I had known about the $150 savings code. I could have saved that amount and had a much more preferable flight home.
cheaptickets is by far the cheapest for us. booked for Halloween at $925 a person air and hotel for a week.
