They have lots of stuff for that at Spencer's. I know that is where my wife's bright pink sparkle tutu came from.
The dollar store here carry lots of glow stuff as well as Party City. You can also order it online from various rave stores. We usually bring way more than we can actually use so feel free to get some extra glow from us if you need some.
