Just returned and we were Newbies as well. Not everyone dresses according to theme, so you will not feel out of place. My wife had a few things, but did not have every night covered, and we never felt out of place. You will certainly notice a great theme outfit, and appreciate their effort, but whether you are in theme or not, I really don't think it matters to anyone. Don't sweat it, you will have a blast, and if you feel like wearing an outfit that stretches your comfort zone, go for it...you will not be alone!
We have been 18+ times and sometimes we do the theme nights and sometimes it is shorts and t-shirts. Never felt out of place and it is fun no matter what. Do what you feel like this is your vacation!! ENJOY...:icon_cool: Debbie
Temptation gets its awesome reputation as it lives up to it's famous saying 'Nobody Knows You and Nobody Gives A Shit!'... Go, and do what you want, if you want to dress up, there are always plenty of CCC members dressed up too. People from all backgrouds, of all shapes and sizes and even of all ages. It's a place to let go of your inhibitions and enjoy yourselves amongst like minded individuals. If you don't take part in a particular theme night, nobody will care. And if you do dress up, it's just another cool way of interacting with new people who are also on CCC. It took me a few days to have the balls to be 'sexy' and dress up in theme night attire, the moment i felt out of place (for all of 30 seconds) i was reassured of how hot we looked by fellow CCC friends! Once you are there and living the wonderful atmosphere that is TTR, you will quickly find the inner sensuality and sexuality you didn't realize you had. After all its an attitude not a look. By the end of your stay you will wish you brought something a little more revealing, and start shopping for outfits right after you start planning and book your next trip shortly after you get back home. That's what happened with us as I'm sure for many here on CCC.
Don't sweat over anything at theme night get what you feel is comfortable for you and just a smidgen crazy after the 1st few you'll be pros and anything goes and you will magically reinvent your wardrobe daily. The only time I got nervous is when we went through customs on the Mexico side on our way to TTR....We had so many sex toys stuffed in our luggage they were calling there buddies over to look at the x-ray machine. At first though was them pulling all this out in front of the families as they started there vacation. I'm picturing this Dr sues penis held high in the terminal Oh man what a great time. Just to be clear that was the one for the toy exchange lol!!!
That's the funniest thing I've heard!! I promised Kimmy I would take the batteries out of all ours before we pack them so it didn't accidentally start vibrating on the way. I'd love to get a picture of our x-ray to post on FB!
