Would it have made a difference if the (older women) had been a younger women? I guess all I can say is if you don't like what you see don't look. We've seen things also that didn't appeal to us, so we would either not look or move away. Everyone has different standards of morality and we know that TTR is about pushing limits..However you have your limits and I have mine.. and obviously that "Older woman" has hers. You may have found they were being disrespectful... and other people not. I think if we found that everywhere we went we were seeing things that really offended and disgusted us we would be looking for another resort. We've been to TTR enough times and know that some days can be more wild than others.. and if what is happening is to much.. there is always somewhere else to go...
What a shame... I think you and your outfit are really cute...I sometime wonder if the looks we get we take the wrong way. There is a women that I've seen a couple times a TTR and not once have I said a word to her.... because.. she is absolutely gorgeous... She may think I'm a bitch and don't like her.. but that is the furthest thing from the truth. I still wouldn't have the nerve to talk to her... but I wonder if sometimes we think the worst of what other people are saying.. and it could be the complete opposite. And then again... as I said before Women can be bitches...LOL
I feel like we are the subject matter experts on a panel and you are the moderator (doing a great job by the way) sparking the conversation and encouraging free thinking So our situation with the gawkers and bad looks... every year we have a sheer night (my favorite night of the year by the way, i am like a kid on xmas eve) but of course it is on a regular night at Paty O's so the ladies in the group (could be 10-30 participating) are very exposed compared to the general population at TTR. Well Octoberbreast 2013 Jen had on a sheer outfit that was crazy sexy in my opinion and as it turns out also with many of the other guys. The environment was typical, more single guys than single girls, so imagine the 5:1 ratio resulting in maybe groups of 10 guys hanging out with 2 single girls, the single girls eating up and loving the attention. Well lets just say they lost that attention on sheer night as all of a sudden the guys wanted to get to know the sheer ladies better, in this case all polite, nothing inappropriate. But of course it resulted in the single ladies making faces, rude comments under their breath, etc. It makes a lady that is having a great time second guess what she is wearing and feel uncomfortable. Really a shame. We ended up separating ourselves from the situation and going back and having our own husband/wife fun in the room. Just wish the haters wouldn't hate. Along comes Octoberbreast 2014 and Jen doesn't want to wear her sheer But here is where the good came out. What we love about CCC and temptations. The group noticed she wasn't wearing sheer and nicely built her confidence back up to let loose and have a great time (thanks Jeff, being the leader of that). No pressure or pushing. Just nice helpful encouragement to ignore the haters and be comfortable as yourself. So back she went to the room and came back appearing in this... It was a fun night for all. So yes, 100% agree, encourage, support and applaud the envelop pushers. Lets make the positive reinforcement outweigh anything negative. Sheer outfits for all! Girl kissing in every corner! Panties? We don't need no stinkin panties! Alcohol infused whipped creme should never 'run' again as there will always be a mouth to slurp it up! Good times.
ok so I go to TTR for the fun times. I don't have anything really sexy as im scared to wear it! but the ladies I have seen in body paint, tape, ect. I think to myself I wish I dared! go for it there will always be haters! always! its sad but it is what it is. go, wear what you want to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if they don't like it they don't have to look!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so as you and your group are partying like rock stars, they can sit in the corner and pout!

And about you not wearing anything sexy, I say sexy is an attitude, of course clothes help with the sexiness, but it´s more of your attitude and I´m pretty sure in that respect you are sexy as hell. As for clothing, my humble opinion is that you buy something maybe a little sexy, next time around. Push your boundaries little by little, something sexy that still makes you feel comfortable wearing it. In no time you´ll be body painted and partying at Patyo´s.
Like I had mentioned in other posts this is the first time my wife has been to TTR. She loved it btw. She is wanting to go back but said this time she figures she can get away with just packing a carry on bag for the week. Really there are not a lot of places you can go and experience what TTR has to offer. The place is what it is because of the people. We are who we are and why let others ruin something we look forward to. It's not just at TTR, I've see it at the grocery store, work ( the worst ) and other resorts. If it makes you ladies feel any better it doesn't just happen to you. Us guys get comments about what we wear or how we act as well.
A similar situation happened to us last november at TTR, we where partying at Patyo´s and there where this 3 very good looking and very young brothers dancing and mingling with the crowd. My wife being my wife (cougar is her favorite color) began dancing with one of them and a few minutes later some girls, which we learned later that they had just met the guys on that trip, "kindly" told my wife that those guys where more age appropriate for them than for her. We dismissed the comment and bid them farewell and continued enjoying the night away. No point of letting that sort of thing ruin a great night.
