The turning point for us is when we can do the Express Check-In. Don't know whether it actually means anything to the Front Desk, but to us it means it won't be long now ! ! ! I don't even remember PROM or getting my Drivers License being this exciting ! Where else are you greeted with a free Beer when you arrive ? Ain't life swell ? (and I never say ain't).

Gah...I hate being efficient. Tied up my last loose-end today. Suitcase is packed except for wrinkle-able stuff, and 4 days to go still. Come on damn it...roll on Saturday. This is the most efficient I've been yet not leaving the major stuff till the night before. Packed most stuff last week and split everything out into hand/check luggage and weighed cases on Sunday. All tickets and paperwork is printed and in bags. Even played around with the torture device, aka the epilator last night to de-fuzz most last night and the rest will be completed tonight. Normally I haven't even got to these sort of things until late the night before we fly! So 3 DAYS left! It'll thankfully feel like a short day too as I'm driving most of the day. Got my Annual Personal Development Review with my boss and I'm not looking forward to that.
Seeing as the dollar exchange rate is so poor at the moment, this is the first time we've ordered pesos, so have a wad of waterproof tips! A week today....:daisy:
