Losing weight IS easy. Its maintaining the healthy eating lifestyle afterwards that is hard. I eat like a bear preparing for winter as soon as bathing suit season is over (early Oct). I start eating like a rabbit in the spring (April) and on through summer.
Danny and Jenny. I appreciate your feedback and I am certain that your response may have crossed other peoples mind when they read it as well. I want to respond to your comments for clarification. Number one I could care less who people choose to sign up with, I just wanted to share what I have learned to be a great asset to burn off fat cells weight in a healthy an expeditious manner. Every gym promotes nutrition for a reason. That is all I am doing. There are healthy programs and unhealthy programs. Isagenix is the healthiest meal-replacement program I have seen and the results reflect the quality of the ingredients used. Isagenix is NUTRTIONAL program designed to burn off fat cells. As you stated, keeping it off is key. It's hard to keep it off unless you learn how to. Eat crappy, expect crappy. If I see my weight going up, I know exactly what to do to get it right back down. Hell, my wife's sister who is a nurse lost twenty pounds the first month and she is hooked on it. Typical weight loss reported to me is 15-25 pounds the first thirty days. And that's without exercise. That's the power of nutrition. I have only recommended this program to people I know. This is the first time I have reached out on-line regarding this program. I don't even do Facebook. I just though I would put it out there because it has provided significant results to every person in 30 days. As far as the difficulty of the program, I simply have not had anyone report that it was difficult as you stated it was for you. (I hope you got your refund.) But to be fair, everyone is different, no one program is for everybody, and I know that the program has changed over the years as it has evolved as with any other product. Being a health care provider I have done my homework and I would never recommend a product unless it had a very high success rate. I disagree with your statement that losing weight is simple and I don't think you took into account that it depends on age and level of disability. I have plenty of patients who are unable to do what is required because it hurts to damn much. (i.e. bad knees, hips, etc.) I do agree that exercise and a good diet is the solution. The problem is that experts say that approximately only 1% of people in this country have a diet that includes everything that the body requires. If losing weight was simple then people would not struggle achieving it. The food we eat today contains a fraction of the nutrients it did 50 years ago. Anybody who knows anything about burning off fat knows that Nutrition is key. Anybody who thinks they are getting the essential vitamins required in their diet are simply fooling themselves and living in a dream world. This may explain why it takes some people months to lose a simple 20 pounds. They are missing something, and that something is usually inadequate nutrition which is why so many people now take supplements. The nutrition the body requires is no longer in abundance in our food. Until people understand that they will never maximize their workouts and it will take significantly longer to achieve their goals. I'll just leave it at that. Anyway, I truly appreciated your response and again I just put the program out there as an FYI because most people do not understand nutrition and what the body requires to function at an optimal level. I also just posted my 30-day results on my profile that I obtained without working out. (My bad) I have many more photos of both men and women and would be happy to share them upon request via email. If anybody has any general questions regarding nutrition or weight loss, I would be happy to help. If I don't know I will find out. I am in the helping people business and I enjoy doing so. I hope this helps clarify the intention of my initial post. It can be difficult to provide details without sounding like a salesman. Did the best I could. Love all you TTR people!!! Hope to hook up with you two someday. You don't look like any fun at all. LOL Looking forward to seeing everyone April 23-29th!!! Cheers!
Congratulations on your weight loss. My husband and I started our weight loss journey on November 4th, 2014. We have changed all our eating habits as well we go to the gym 6 times a week. Myself: I was 281 lbs on November 4th, am now down 55 lbs My husband: he was 290 lbs, he is now down 88 lbs My journey is far from over, but am excited at what the future holds for both our healths.
Wow! Great job! I'm down almost 20lbs and planning on dropping another 30-40 by the time October comes around. Love that you guys are from NB too! Need more crazy party people around here!! Nikki
Or instead of doing some crazy fad diet like this, you can just hit the gym a couple times a week. I don't understand people who would rather blow their money on a "magic pill" that does nothing....you're starving yourself! Just go outside and move a little. Myself, I do at home workouts like P90X and Insanity. I do take protein too, but don't rely on powders to be the answer and do the work FOR ME....they're a supplement. I get people are busy, but cmon this stuff is a scam. Supplements are great, but they're not meant to do the work for you by themselves. I could stop eating altogether and lose weight too, but that's not healthy. Make substitutions. Wheat bread over white. Turkey over hamburger. Mio in your water over soda. Beer a couple less times a week. It's not hard. I'm not trying to be a know it all. Trust me, I'm not! But I lost 100lbs a few years ago just making simple substitutions and working out a few times a week. I've been lucky enough to keep it off (it's not always easy) but there is not a magic powder. I'm no Joe Six Pack by the way... I just hate when people try to sell this garbage as a solution. Sorry if I offended anyone. Just my two cents.
Isagenix is a meal replacement system that allows you one sensible meal a day with two replacement shakes. It does work because it limits the caloric intake for the day if you stick to it. They do encourage you to work out as well to expedite the process. I just want you to understand it isn't a scam. Anything that cuts the calories down and the fats and carbs down to the levels where we burn more than we are taking in is not a scam. Congrats to all in this thread who lost!
I can't slim down for the visit as I have a strongman competition later in the month that we return. I'm gonna look like a beached whale.
Hey Packman. At the very least the next time you post something could you at least have the courtesy to do a little research and have an inkling of knowledge on what the hell you are talking about beforehand? You clearly have no clue whatsoever and I take great offense you suggesting that I am somehow "Trying to sell garbage". I don't sell it, I recommend it. It works. get over it. You speak as if a "Supplement" is a bad thing and has no benefit. Do you even understand the difference between proteins? I don't get it. I am well educated in nutrition having taken hundreds of hours in nutritional classes and have been in health care for 23 years. I encourage exercise but you apparently don't understand that results are achieved quicker when the proper nutrition is applied with the workout. That is common knowledge. Where do you get off making ignorant and irresponsible statements? I do congratulate you on your weight loss and wish you the best on maintaining your health, but don't act as if that qualifies in any way as being any sort of expert on nutrition and/or weight loss. It does not! Different programs work for different people. This is one of the newer program option that has been "Scientifically proven" to not only be very healthy (High quality nutrition), but most effective meal replacement programs on the market to help people enhance their efforts to improve health and lose weight. Initially I just thought I would throw a post out there to share what I have learned to be a very effective and health program that has helped numerous people achieve what they were unable to before as a helpful FYI. Ooops. LOL Otherwise, I also congratulate to everyone on their weight loss and I commend you for your efforts. Everyone have a great time at TTR. (You and I Packerowner will have to hook up for a cold one. I'm a Lions fan. LOL!!!)
I'm just getting over food poisonings... Lost 11.5 pounds in 3 days !!!! I just need to get it 2 more times before TTR
