We ceased going in March. Not because of nudity but the young men, many were boys, thought they ruled the resort. Often killing any sexy vibe. Even at the GP, they killed any chance for a sexy vibe. I encourage you all to try another month if you enjoy the resort.
About all they could do really is raise the minimum age to 25 or something. Hotels stuffed with college age people isn't a new phenomena. If anything being a bit off the beaten path TTR probably gets spared the worst of it. I'm sure even at its worst in March it would still be much preferred to a week at the Grand Oasis.
Good advice to get avoid the kids. Lets hope they can keep the summer camp / spring break atmosphere to only March and we can get back to an adults resort every other month.
From what I've read, it seems to be a common theme at that time of year. Kind of like going to Disney World over Christmas, and then being surprised by the long lines.
You couldnt pay me to go anywhere in Cancun mid-March..Drunk youngins are the worst kind to be around on vacation. When I was their age I could barely stand be around myself when I was drunk so I cant even imagine being around them now. Come Week 8 or Halloween, amazing people at both
We would never go there in March, there's been a lot of bad reports of the spring breakers. Next year join the addicts
I'm only (almost) 38 and I'm already WAY too old to deal with the young college kids... Hell I wouldn't go anywhere where the 21 year old me was either if that was possible lmao... Bad time of year for sure... sorry about that
Dos, I think they used to have a 25 and over policy way back when we first went there years ago. Perhaps I'm mistaken or the policy got changed. Too bad because the drunk college kids are no fun to be around. Ed
Yeah it does seem like that would help with the Spring Break crowd. But I'm sure that the resort has looked at it on an overall level too. Even though we may not understand it or agree with it. Thankfully Spring Break is only one month out of the year!
No need to get that extreme! Feel free to run around bottoms on or off to your hearts content. LOL We're going in June also, so perhaps we'll supervise each other.
