Not necessary, you can see all 4 of our albums...just got frustrated trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Apparently, it is just a glitch. See you in June.
Yes...we have 4 albums, but that is not the issue...I was just trying to find out if we were doing it wrong. Seems to be a glitch and not user error.
We have the same problem. We cannot make new albums public for some reason. And now we can't even post any new pictures to any of our private albums either. We are not at the picture limit, and Steve is no help trying to figure it out. I am guessing the slow speeds on cancuncare coupled with all the pages that will not load on this slow-ass site leads me to believe the site is in dire need of an upgrade. :banghead: Can't tell you how sick I am of seeing this all the time on cancuncare:
I figured it out for the albums. I went into User CP, then profile privacy and changed setting to albums - everyone. After doing this I added a picture and then my album showed up in the community section. Hope this helps others who have had the problem. Steve was not sure what I had wrong either and felt it was a glitch. I assume my private albums will still be private until I accept as a friend. If you are not on my friend list already, please take a look and see if you can see my private albums...or let me know how many albums you can actually see.
Yes, I have no idea why it happens. In theory, new pictures added to an album should bump it to the top of the list. But it doesn't seem to work like that. I have scoured the Internet for answers regarding why but came up blank. I am not a coder, I cant look through 2,000 files with 50,000 lines of code and spot why it happens myself - so if there isn't a solution online we are pretty much out of luck at getting it fixed.
That worked perfectly then...the private albums remain private then as we actually have 4 albums total. Thanks, hope this helps others who had the same issue.
