Ibuprofen before. It's not that bad. The worst part is the strip down the middle. Stings a little. The first day is a little sensitive but after that it's amazing!

Not a lady but I can give some input. It's painful but short lived. If done properly the pain goes away shortly after the pull. I've had several done over the last couple years but have been getting electrolysis now.

Really, it's more about who does it!! Have had some occassions where I was white knuckling it and others that I barely knew it was happening. Exfoliate well a couple days before with a loofa, wear comfy cotton panties (not a thong) the day of. Don't use any cream on the area of a day or two afterwards. And voila!! You'll never go back!!

Definitely ibuprofen before. I did a modified Brazilian and worked my way up. I also prefer body sugaring to waxing. I'd Google it and see what you can find! I find mine lasts about 10 days before needing touching up. Good luck!

I pop an aleeve before hand and make sure that you're skin is not dry. Moisturize for days before. If the skin is dry, it hurts a lot more. And its not as bad as you think its going to be. You're imagination is much worse than reality.
