Anybody get groups together not at TTR?

No way! We're only an hour from lake of the ozarks.... Will have to check that out

 

What a fantastic idea................in the UK though very unlikely unless anyone fancies hypothermia !

 

I was searching for one of my old Trip Reports to respond to Kyle with and I ran across this thread. Made me giggle as we made a spur of the moment jaunt to see Humperand Woody in Toronto last year and had a great time at their local drinking/partying haunts.

Ah yes. TTR people know how to have fun, even at home.

 

Just last weekend some of our Dirty Dozen & Loco Amigos group had our 5th Annual Half Way to Cancun party. ( The Dozen have been going to Temptation in Sept for over 10 years.)

The party starts on Thursday afternoon and continues until Sunday. Thankfully, my BFF has a home big enough to host 20-25 people for the weekend.

Thursday is fairly chill, Friday night we get a party bus for bar hopping, Saturday is a cookout & fun-fest and Sunday is the return to reality.

It's a great time with the downside being that we can't include all the Loco Amigos :-(

Looking forward to seeing everyone in September!

We're only 6 hours from you!! I've literally begged the husband for a hot tub and a stripper pole on our back patio! Although, I'm not sure how we'll explain the pole to our offspring... :whisper:

 

Did TTR Cabo with a group from April in Oct (2012 ish) and Vegas with some close friends from April.

 

Well we do have an airplane so we 'get around' some. Lol

 

When in September will you all be there? We arrive on the 18th
