Because in October, there were a lot of people that did not show up for the cruise because they had got wasted Tha night before, and Steve doesn't let people on the cruise that "show up drunk". At least from what I hear so keep your fingers crossed! You guys are great! I just figure, I'll show up when the pick up is, and if there is room on the cruise, I will pay, and get to party with all of you great folks.. Thank you so much for your kind words! When I was there in October, I did notice some standoffish people when I was trying to be nice and just say hello.. I was actually scheduled for the Boobs Cruise in October and didn't go because someone "I'm not one to mention their name "used a derogatory remark about me being Italian American,and pretty much told me that single guys were not welcome on the cruise. But it all worked out, because I met a great couple who welcomed me with open arms, and a great girl, and just spent most of the time with them and what I had gathered as an entourage LOL.. It's like I always say, if you're nice to others, then they will be nice to you. Unless they are just plain assholes I look forward to seeing you guys there.. Oh Trish, you must be a part of that new club i have heard so much about on here. The club that tells people what they can and cannot post and when. But since you asked soooo nicely and AJ liked it I guess it is ok I share more. For Octoberbreast we had a toy exchange planned out for couples. Aj messaged some couples and posted about how he would love to go but that he understands it is just for couples. Harmless enough. Well then he kept on messaging and posting about how he would really love to go, he isn't 'one of those singles' and then was told directly it is a couples only thing. Then along comes a single girl and surprise surprise the group wants to allow single girls stating they are more comfortable possibly doing a toy demo around a single girl than a single guy. Understandable and definitely the majority opinion. By the way we are talking 20+ couples here. So more messages from aj came like hey I am going to bring a bunch of toys in case anyone needs one and continuing the theme of 'it sure sounds like fun' posts. So then the single girl contacts the group and asks if aj can join her. No idea if she did that on her own or he asked her to. Seemed fair to us so we polled the group. Some were supportive but most were not with several sending private messages saying he was freaking them out and they would not be attending if he was and that they still thought of him as a single guy that would change the atmosphere. Along comes octoberbreast. We arrive a day or two later. And one of the first things people say to us in the fun holes is ... have you met aj yet? We say no and ask why? The answer we got was he was a sloppy drunk and not fun to be around. Add to it that he was hanging out with a couple single males which are the exact type of rude forward aggressive single males that everyone dislikes and he said he wasn't. We chalked it up to first day curse and looked forward to meeting him and seeing for ourselves. Over the next four days the only time we saw him was late night at paty o's talking to Steve the night before the cruise. My understanding of that conversation was Steve was going to share with him how he made some of the couples uncomfortable and to tone it down a little but Steve was going to let him still go on the cruise. Not sure if Steve ever got to share the message or if aj said he was backing out first. Never saw him the rest of the trip. Kind of assumed he was either sleeping one crazy hangover off for 3 days or he felt bad about how that first day or two went and wanted to remove himself from an uncomfortable situation. So this story about someone saying something derogatory about being an Italian is news to us. Of course that doesn't mean it didn't happen. Just seems like there were other more likely reasons why he didn't make the cruise. And like I said in my earlier post that you didn't like, Trish, all of above is hearsay. I don't know AJ. I wasn't there to witness the sloppy drunkenness or the inappropriate single guys aj was with. And I didn't see aj 'doing good deeds' the rest of his trip. But what I do know is he made many couples uncomfortable with his advance posts and then his first day or two at the resort. So that is where my advice came from to aj above, to possibly tone it down a little. Maybe don't proclaim you are not one of the bad single guys over and over again as it might weird some people out again like it did in October. Although I think he is likely simply a misunderstood nice guy and wanted him to join the toy exchange and be on the cruise that didn't change the fact that many didn't want him involved because he 'weirded' them out. So the advice still applies, tone it down a little and maybe april will be more successful than october. I will add that I know several single girls that met aj in October totally vouched for him as just falling in with the wrong crowd and being a nice guy. Was disappointed we never got the chance to make our own judgement. Happy now Trish? Let me know if that was direct enough for the post police and if I can keep posting.
