Vegas topless pool tips needed

This topic is near and dear to our hearts, so here are a few more thoughts:

IS THERE A Temptation-ISH EXPERIENCE IN THE STATES?

We have scoured these United States from sea to shining sea looking for a topless party resort that replicates the Temptation experience. We have found nothing that approaches it. There are nude resorts, but they’re not the same thing. The closest approximation to the Sexy Pool we’ve found? The topless pools in Las Vegas. So when we have the inclination but not the time for a trip to Temptation, we go to Vegas.

WHICH POOLS IN VEGAS REALLY ARE TOPLESS?

The list changes every year. The Rio, for example, used to have a topless pool. And then it didn’t. And then it did again (and it became our favorite). And now it doesn’t. Most lists of “best party pools in Vegas” become outdated soon after they’re posted. So we’ve come to rely on this site, which does a fairly decent job of keeping the list current:

WHICH TOPLESS POOL IS THE BEST?

The answer to that is totally subjective, of course. We’ve tried nearly all of them, and they all have pros and cons. For our next trip, the one that’s getting our business is the Encore’s European pool (not to be confused with the Encore Beach Club). It’s only open to hotel guests, but we’ve decided it’s worth the $ to stay at the Encore, because once you get to the pool, they don’t nickel and dime you to death. Entrance to the pool is free. Deck chairs are free. And best of all? You can BYOB. (At least we’ve been able to on past trips.) I’m sure the Encore frowns upon it, but at every other pool we’ve been to in Vegas, they check every square inch of your bag like they’re the freaking TSA. But not the Encore. They don’t even look. (Again, unless something has recently changed.) Compare that to drinking all day at pool-club prices of $10+ per drink, and staying at the Encore becomes a bargain. Plus we’ve always had a good time there. It can be slow on weekdays and the amount of toplessness will vary, but that’s true at every pool. We’ve always had good luck. One time we hung out with a bachelorette party, all of whom went topless. (Alas, it wasn’t the same group that Jen&Kyle ran into.)

And remember, no matter which pool you go to, toplessness begets toplessness: If the women in your group go topless, others will follow suit. (Apparently no woman wants to be the first one with her tits out.)

I agree with everyone about TTR's Sexy Pool knocking the crap out of the Vegas pool scene. Sort of like an early years Mike Tyson facing someone when he was an up and coming fighter... i.e. No Chance. TTR just really is that good.
