I'm not a lady, but I have been to TTR as a single man. And will tell you that respect and just being yourself will get you a Long way with everyone. You seem like you Are sincere in what you want to do, no one stopping you! Go and have fun. Don't let the people that say single guys should not go to TTR detour you from what you want to do! I have read threads on here where people have said that TTR should be made a couples only resort and the only singles that should be let in are females , But that is just several people's opinions. If u go single then I would strongly suggest U go on the boob cruise. They will single U out and make U join in all the games on the boat and if U handle yourself with a little humor and drink a lot U will have a group of friends the rest of your trip that will seek U out and make sure U are doing ok... saw it first hand... as always jmho
