Hey we are newbies to TTR this year and wondering if anyone has gone deep sea fishing on any of the charter trips you can take? If so which one did you use? Also wondering if anyone would be interested in going anytime between April 8-16th?? Let us know ! Thanks
We have gone before from a different resort but with a great company. I would highly recommend Ricks sportfishing. They are in Puerto Adventuras between Cancun and Playa, I think so you would need to arrange transportation maybe USA would do it. I know there are closer places but these guys hooked us into 3 sailfish in one day plus the other smaller fish that you will catch with anyone. You can book a day, half day, or a shared trip with randoms. I would love to join you but we have a Boobs Cruise on the 8th and leave on the 10th, but not til latter, hmmmmm! I believe we are close to sailfish season now I may have to go check it out.
Sailfish start in March so the fishing is considered excellent and Blue and White Marlin are also considered excellent and very good!
Fishing So what were you guys thinking, just an afternoon to chill or a day to go for something worth while! A full day is around $700 with room for 6 or 3 couples.
the wife and I (19&16 y.o. sons also) go on 1 or 2 big fishing trips a year while at our timeshare in West Palm Beach Florida and have caught sailfish,tarpon,snook and all kinds of sharks so I really want to do a trip but we only have so little time to do so much. So I am going to give up my fishing trip and I guess I will just have to suffer with 2 Boobs Cruise trips.
