when there last April our ac didn't work that well, we usually ask and get room 2106 bottom floor at patty o. when we went back in Sept, I asked the girl at the front desk if the ac was fixed in 2106, she gave me the keys to 2106 and 2111, the ac in 2111 was way colder so that's the room we picked, timing is every thing.
HAHA we had the same room in April last year as well over Easter. AC worked fine for us by my wife prefers the room a bit warmer, like 22C
We used the pre-check-in last June when we came. Asked specifically for a room in the 5000 block if there was one available, and not on top floor due to a serious back complaint (i can't do many stairs!) yet they placed us in a room in the 4000's i think - right on floor 4!! It was an absolute No Go for me, called reception and asked if we could moved to a room in the 5000 block and the lovely lady on the conceirge desk gave me 3 room keys in the 5000 block to choose from! We ended up with 5104 i beleive, front facing, ground level room! Perfect! If you ask nicely, they will try and accomodate you as best they can, obviously as others have stated, you have to bear in mind how full they are when you check in!
Well then, we should be good to go. We are members and we arrive at Temptation around 7:30am. We are hoping for a Boobs Cruise that day to kick things off.
I have never tried to pre check in I may this trip just to have all my paperwork done prior to arriving
We always use the express check-in when we go. Not sure if it actually has any effect on your request or not.
Same here. I have not figured out the benefit of it but it's supposed to be the thing to do. Not much effort involved so why not?
