Friday, April 24 I will be arriving at the hotel close to 3pm. All you crazies checking in will be asked to sign a noise waiver. Soooo, if you are room hopping....Don't let your doors slam, and if you are playing music....be courteous of your neighbors. They are trying to keep us all close together (even those that did not reserve with the room block, you just have to tell them you are with the June Junkies group). I will post our room number on this thread, and if anyone needs my phone number, just PM us. The hotel offers a free shuttle within a 3 mile radius. The shuttle runs from 6:30am until 11:30pm.......Uber is also available in Fort Worth!!! 9:00 The Pour House, 2725 W. 7th Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107 Ft Worth's Premier Craft Beer Destination | Live Music | Patio| Sports We have table #52 reserved starting at 9pm. The longest table in the place. There will be a live DJ. Saturday, April 25 2:00 Lunch at Fred's Texas Cafe. Covered patio dining with live music. Capital Bar, Fort Worth, Texas -- There's No Place Like It The band Cherry will be performing on the Back Yard stage starting at 9:30pm. We have the balcony north of the stage reserved for our group. This is an outside venue so dress for the weather. Everyone gets in free before 8:30. The ladies have no cover charge until 11pm. Extremely sad and and jealous that we will not be able to attend!! We will have to wait until June to meet everyone However, we cannot wait to hear about the antics!!!
Of course, we'll be there. We'll be staying with the crew on Friday, but have some obligations Saturday and early Sunday. That being said, we will still join up with everyone on Saturday night!
I know there are a few flying in...shinerfrog, $parkie7, JCinTX and ourselves might be available to provide "airport shuttle service" on Friday. Don't be afraid to ask! I plan on picking up Tab at lunch time and dropping her off at the hotel, then heading there after work (all of about a half-mile).
