I swear time has slowed down since we booked TTR lol wtf is up with that, it really can't come soon enough. Bring in the 14nights if complete madness. :uk1: :beer4:
I'm seriously kicking myself for not booking two weeks ago. Prices were at the upper edge of my target and I thought they might drop. Instead, they've gone up. If I booked today, it would be another $600 over two weeks ago. FML
Don't stress too much. Last year it was a bit too pricey for us, then about 4 weeks before our target date, the prices dropped and we got to go. Keep your fingers crossed!! :xyxthumbs:
It's amazing how the prices fluctuate. We got the lowest rate we've had in our last 3 trips to TTR. Booking mid week to mid week always saves us a bit....... What happens I think.......is that Expedia ....Orbit.....Alpha......And others buy blocks of rooms ........sell them.......buy more blocks and sell them..........then if their booking gets slow in a given period........they have a discount sale. Flights play a big part in that. A late afternoon or night arrival is always less expensive.........but then you lose pretty much the entire first day/night! Some services allow you to cancel up to 24 hrs before arrival.............I wouldn't wait anywhere close to that late, but the point is........book when you think you've got a good rate.........then if the rate goes down.....cancel and rebook!
