Weekly weigh in Shane is down, not sure from last week, but he is at a total of 30 ponds off, and I lost 1 more! We are down to the last 5 weeks so it's crunch time and we also started tanning, which Shane is naturally dark skinned. Everyone keep up the good work!
If you are dieting..........and lifting..............forget about walking and cardio.............and not losing..............you are very likely losing fat and building muscle! Remember.............it's not about pounds lost........it's about inches lost! If you WANT the truth PM me!

Still trying to lose a few extra pounds. They are obviously very comfortable where they are, because they don't want to come off. It doesn't help that 30min on the elliptical seems like three years. Thank God I don't spend too much time on that torture machine; April would never get here!
LOL Yeah I know .. Winter been hard on me & Ben so no more motivation.. I just want to get the hell out of here !! !!! Anyways... Need to kick off and loose like 5 pounds so my cowgirl dress will be perfect.. I may do like a 1-2 weeks diet I don't know yet !

Has anyone noticed there are side effects to eating healthy !!! I've been finding that I can't tolerate many of the wonderful things I use to. I had a little cupcake today, someone at works Bday.. and after I felt like climbing the walls.. agitated/shakes etc. Can't eat Breads anymore I get blisters on my hands and 1 foot, or anything with MSG this stuff makes me really angry well I think its MSG, Chinese food and frozen dinners... Someone told me I should cut back on my wine consumption.. and would probably lose more weight, I got say I won't be doing that if I quit may not be able to go back to it...and then whats the point... Anyone notice anything like this?
