Sam smokes cigars and he is always polite about it. Often people will comment that they like the smell. I smoke bones. No one has ever complained about that.
They banned vaping like they do cigarettes here in Minnesota. I guess some people were getting their lungs coated with the Vap juice. either way when we are at TTR we smoke like drunken sailors but are mindful of whos around us especially in Patyo's. We usually try and step to the back away from people once we light up.
Yes, smoking on the dance floor is bothersome to no end! My new Tommy Bahama shirt ended up with a nice hole in it from some clown that could'nt even walk, let alone dance.
You mentioned people smoking in the pool.. I got so angry last October when this jerk was to damn lazy to use at least a cup for an ashtray, and was flicking ashes in the pool. He even had the audacity to throw a cigarette in the pool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I quit on Jan 1st this year with the help of a vaporiser. Gradually cutting that back too. I've tried every other way and it never stuck. I'll admit in the past I've probably pissed more than a few people off with smoking habits, so I'm certainly not one to complain. I'll still bring my 'floating ashtray' in April to help others avoid resorting to using cups at the pool.
I suffer with mild asthma so will always move away, also when at the beach etc, nice fresh sea air then the wiff of smoke, sorry. In the UK now you hardly ever encounter smoking unless you walk through the smokers gathered outside a pub door, so we prob notice it more.
I too like a smoke when drinking (I roll my own). However, last year some guy insisted on chain smoking a foot long cigar that smelled like rotten camel sh*t at the sexy pool bar all day and then sat at the bar in patio's all night. we could smell the thing from down the corridor 50 yards away. the seats around him at the bar were the only empty ones ever. We (and many others) did find this a bit selfish. :bandit:
