I'm a minority smoker. Are there restrictions in any areas of the resort in regards to smoking? I already am trained not to blow it in peoples faces etc and try to be respectful as much as I can.
I smoke as well, last time I was at Temptation every time I would light up even at the bar, I would ask the person that was sitting beside me if it would bother them. If they said that they would prefer for me not to smoke, I would simply just walk off to the side where no one was at. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am pretty sure that you cannot smoke inside anywhere, except your room (which I don't do anyway, except the balcony). But other than that you can smoke wherever, and even in the pool. I am not a heavy smoker, but sometimes when I get drunk I do smoke more. I really do try to be mindful of the company I am with. As it gets later in the day, you see more pool smokers. If no one is smoking in any area at the resort(pool, bar, standing somewhere, playing bean-bag toss), I will go away. At night a PattyOs, lots of people smoke. I actually smoke less then, and move way to the side when I do. Pretty girls dancing, don't need smoke blown all over them. On my last trip I saw people that even setup a full hookah in between their poolside chairs.

Really good responses. As a non-smoker, it actually bothers me quite a bit when people light up without a care beside you. HOWEVER, it's a free world.. I can move away, so can you. Seems like respectful people do exactly what these guys say, and non-smokers need to be just as respectful and respect their right to smoke as well...
We're also smokers, we try very hard to be respectful of none smokers and will move away... We don't smoke in our room.. balcony for us. No smoking as earlier said anywhere in doors... Patio's is open so smoking is allowed. One thing that really drives me wild is people smoking on the dance floor.. to easy to burn someone.. no need for that at all...
Being a smoker my trick is just to always leave the crowd and go stand by the big ashtrays. We really are the minority now
We are smokers as well, and being aware and respectful of people around you is key. It is also quite surprising how many closet smokers come out when the booze is flowing.
You can be as respectful as you want , when you get into a confined ( no roof) space like patios ( no air movement) on a busy night every one is smoking. There was a mention of new fans a few months ago. Please don't send me to the Rubber room again
I am a non-smoker but I have been known to bum a smoke or two when I'm drinking in a social setting like TTR and others are smoking around me. As a non-smoker I get one hell of a nicotine buzz and I can't complain about people smoking around me. It's weird because I'm normally a militant anti-smoking dick. Actually, it's weird on another level and that is that I despise hypocrisy and yet that behavior his hugely hypocritical. Just goes to show how we can do things at TTR that we would never do anywhere else.
