I know that this can be a contentious subject but I am asking more in the vein of how and when you all take out your camera.

Personally I would never take one out at the pools except for some personal fun shots we have of ourselves in the foam party where the bubbles hide other people. But as a shutter bug I do bring my cameras for memories for us and friends.

So how do you all juggle the want for photos and the respect for others?

I am going to try get some of my previous shots posted in my profile for you to check out

Just keep the photo's kinda private if others might be in it just ask permission. But general party shots at the sexy pool are really a no no. We rarely take pics but when we do it just our immediate group and have no issue. Have fun and just be mindful of the other guests and you will have no problems.

This is my personal opinion on it, but if you take a picture at the sexy pool or theme night or wherever and I'm in the background unintentionally, I don't care. If you're concerned because the background ppl look to be in compromising positions or outfits, blur the face on photoshop.

I was thinking of trying some morning shots. The light is usually best very early, but just before sunset is excellent as well. With morning shots by the pool though I don't think I would intrude on anyone else. Late afternoon shots are great, but the pool will probably be busy, and after a day of drinking and partying the shots may not be the best. You could probably get late afternoon beach shots without intruding on anyone though, but the same drinking / partying thing isn't likely to change for anything at that time, at least for me.

Just for clarification I don't mean taking a pic of the whole pool or dance floor or whatever. I meant if you're taking a pic of each other or friends and someone is incidentally there.

We take our camera because we do love to have pictures for memories.

Having said that, I don't take pictures of others unless I ask first and its usually pics of me/hubs with them.

I also don't post any of my pics on social media.

The resort policy is no pictures at the pool games, other then that its ok to take pictures, just be respectful and not be a creaper, ask for permission for group shots, Personally I take pictures I am on vacation I want memories of the fun times, nudity is never posted on social media, I email pics to everyone in our group.
