Hi everyone, I understand why Steve closed the last thread, but did want to reach out once more on this issue. We received another phone call from Temptations about two weeks ago repeating that we would NOT be refunded our resort fees nor cost for the room from Temptations after our unfair treatment. I am extremely disappointed in this resort that we felt was a 2nd home and really need to at least be returned this money, as we more than doubled the cost of this nightmare anniversary vacation. Is anyone able to help us? We valued this community and appreciate your time. This is the original thread, if anyone is unfamiliar with our story. http://www.cancuncare.com/forum/tem...2103-f-ck-you-temptations-please-read-16.html
What kind of help are you looking for? I think several premier members already expressed their concerns to Temptation, and tried to help out on your behalf. I don’t know what the responses consisted of, but sadly it doesn’t seem like the made it any easier for the resort to try to work something out with you.
PLEASE, let's not revisit this ugly topic. The resort has made their decision. Unpopular as it may be, it's final.
Ugly or not, the decision of the resort is final. Thank you for letting us know and now time to let this go. Whatever you will decide as to visiting the resort in the future is exclusively your call.
They was a reason why steve close the thread down... the decision of the resort it's what it is and there nothing we can do to change that. I think it's time to stop this and move on. Plus the policy of all resort is the same No refund member or not. The time you was in jail the room was still yours. + I don't think ccc board should be responsable for that and should not be post here either.. Envoyé de mon SM-G900W8 en utilisant Tapatalk
The good thing , a lot of us learned a lesson from your mishap. Sorry for you r situation , but some ( A) Premier members said they would talk on your behalf last week, and that didn't help , so don't know what else can be done. I,m sure if this happens again , the up roar will be exponential due to your story being out there. Thanks for sharing.
We were there the last week of February. There was a guy there that week that was single and middle eastern appearing. All week he was involved in near incidents in Paty'Os On one evening, he again approached a guy who was pretty wasted, bumped into him, made a comment about a lady in the group and then puffed up at him and backed up towards the middle of the dance area. The guy who was baited was about 28-30, and a good ol boy. He had a good stocky beer fueled body. He would have dealt the instigator a serious knock. We were at a table right next to this guy. I reached over as he started towards the instigator. I told him to let it go, he said "but, he.....", I again told him to calm down, its not worth it, this guy has been trying to get people all week, it is not worth a night in a Mexican jail, have a drink and have a good time. Thankfully the guy cleared his head and said ok. The security staff was there in seconds. They asked the guy what the problem was, they asked if I was the one he was mad at, he said no, it was "that guy" (who was now gone). I told security the other guy had tried to start something but everything was ok. They smiled, said thanks and left. The guy found me the next morning and thanked me for keeping him out of trouble. Almost every night this instigator would bounce in and out of Paty'Os and each night you could also find him in the interim sitting alone out by the sexy pool texting on his phone. I saw him almost bait 3-5 guys into a scuffle during the week. When he would bounce up behind the girls in our group and try to bump and grind, we would waive him off and the guys would simply start dancing between him and our ladies. Moral of the story: Sure looks shady. Stay out of trouble, and help those that seem to be having trouble making good choices while in Mexico. A quick, hot headed decision in Mexico can really turn into a @#$% storm.
