Who ever invented the elliptical machine is one sick basterd. It would seem SO much easier to just buy a larger bathing suit. IMHO
I promised myself not to get on scale! just going by how clothes and myself. ya know how it feels when you tie your shoe, button up pants, bra fits! things everyday that tell me I am losing and toning or not. id hate to feel like I was making good progress, then have the stupid scale say 2 pounds after two weeks of work! so im staying away from it this time!
