October of 2014 we booked 10 day trip through alpharooms, 2 weeks later they had a flash sale of same date's 600 us dollars cheaper, so we booked another 10 day's again made sure everything went through our bank ok then we cancelled 1st booking, now alpharooms sent us a confirmation saying that we broke only for 7 day's not 10, now we are all booked with airline tickets and everything else, except the hotel, This F,,,,,G alpharooms is BS, really, ,,,, less than 1 month left,, They're screwing everything up.
As long as you have the original conformation that they send you for the 10 days that you booked it should not be a problem. I have booked many times with them (8 times in the last 3 years and they send you an immediate email that you booked another one when it's confirmed a day or so later. If you booked for 10 days then contact them with your itinerary number and they will fix it for you.
I did call and spoke to them, they are claiming that I booked for 7 day's, yes we have traveled with alpharooms past 5 trips, all for 10 day's, everyone of them.my opinion is hotel was booked fully maybe they said hey this 2 don't need to stay 10 day's, lol, I don't know, I m soo frikking P off,

As mentioned above, you should receive an instant email notification for every booking and it should state the dates you booked and how much you paid. If the mistake isnt yours they should rectify it for you.
We have used Alpharooms to book our 1st two trips to TTR, but didn't this last time, not because we had issues with them, but simply when we put in the dates we needed to go for our short trip (7/2 to 7/6) they wouldn't allow us those date constantly changing the dates on their site for example (7/1 to 7/6) or (7/2 to 7/8). We would be able to book just a 4 day trip but on different days then we were looking to go. As we know it is impossible to get information from them, so does anyone here have an idea of why it is set up like that. Apologies in advance if this has been addressed in another thread. thanks
Change your computer's time to UK temporarily and it works fine. It's complicated but is due to the way their calendar works and the time difference in the country you are booking from - so I believe.
Yes we had similar problem last trip, we booked October 24th to November 4th, they changed it to October 25th yo November 5, but they did straight that out fortunately I could say that,but 8t wS a glitch on their part
