SWAYER - means sort of on the fence but considering the possibilities. We coined our own term though for vacation. We call it FLINGERS. It's kind of a fun, devil-may-care, what happens on vacation type of thing without the official Swingers Union membership. FLINGERS... Fun, sexy, lets do a shot and whatever happens, happens!
It would feel like something was wrong with us if no other couple expressed an interest in us after a week at Temptation! Nobody makes you do anything your wife doesn't already secretly want to do. Nothing quite as satisfying as Temptation Newbies discovering something new about themselves.
Swayers are about the flirt, just not consummating the deal. Swaying can include lots of things depending on the Swayer but the firm line seems to be for all the actual act of intercourse. Swayers usually enjoy the party in public spaces and not head up to the room. Swayers are NOT Swinger wannabes or on the fence or exploring their possibilities. It is a choice we make, agree to and stay with. OK.. sometimes Swayers do become Swingers but it is not considered a path way, those folks just decided to do something different. Jamie
Jamie....great job! Says it all especially the Swayers and NOT Swingers. I think most people that visit TTR are kinda swayers. Almost everyone loves the flirt, tease, and have no intention on "the act." That's what makes the sexual vibe at TTR such a thrill!
I suddenly got this vision of swingers perched like birds of prey around the sexy pool waiting to swoop down on poor unsuspecting couples enjoying a Drunken Monkey and accost them with tales of debauchery and ply them with strong liquor.... It's not like that at all, we've been approached and it was very friendly and civilized and we continued to party with them afterwards even though we politely declined. Take it as a compliment.
We are LS, and I will say that Tflexxin has a great response ready to go.. if we approach someone and get that response, well we know that we can still be friends, share drinks, share laughs and overall good times.
i wouldn't focus on the LS side of things... don't for a second think you will be put in a spot that your totally uncomfortable. check out the outfits my wife wore to patyo's... so yes we were approached by people in the LS... we actually hung around 3-4 LS couples for most of the week we were there and had a great time drinking and partying... it wasn't an issue we were vanilla as the whole swinger thing was totally new to us! no one is rude or out to make anyone uncomfortable so everyone we came across were very casual about it. It isn't a main focus unless you want it to be... as there were a couple groups that were all about the LS and pretty much kept to themselves if you weren't part of it... but that was a small group out of a huge number of people at the resort. we enjoyed pushing our own personal limits and can't wait to go back...
