Speaking of the airport duty free shop- funny story, several trips back I was pleasantly shocked when someone at the liquor tasting desk started shouting to the other employees, "Hey everyone it's Spicy. Spicy back, she comes here like twice a year, line up the tequila!" Hilarious, I had no idea "Spicy" was remembered at the Cancun duty free, LMAO. My return flight is too early this year to see my peeps this trip, sigh. There's no way to stop by the duty free while incoming is there?
Every time I see someone carrying a tower of 15-20 shots away from the bar, I always think to myself "I hope they tipped well for those!"
Hahah that's funny. But no there isn't a way to get into the big duty free in the airport. There is that small one after your pick up your bags, but they have a limited selection and there isn't any option for shot tasting.

In the end after getting so many shots he would mix the ingredients in the shaker I would shake and pour them so he could carry on doing others
I always think to myself, I hope there isn't one in that stack for me. I'm not a big fan of the tequila or rail vodka used in those shots.
I always hope there's not one for me either. I love their rail vodka but I have started refusing (most) shots a couple of trips back with the line "I want to remember what I'm going to be ashamed of tonight."
