cancun strip

with our 3rd trip coming up we are considering doing the cancun strip one day for a few hours. any suggestions on where to go for a beer, bite to eat etc...? That said we maybe having way too much fun at the resort to leave lol

I was thinking something different. The Cancun Strip is what happens when we're drunk at the Sports Pool at 3 AM. Or the Boobs Cruise.

For the other Cancun Strip, we like to get away for a few hours to Hooters for wings, beer and some sports that do not involve a ball made of black and white octagons.

 

I thought it was what you did when you got past the Lobby

 

Yeah, we strip down to our underwear on our way to the room. Wait a minute, we don't wear underwear. That must have been what all the commotion was about.

 

We were actually thinking of doing this too for an afternoon. Go for lunch and drinks on the strip.

 

We like to get a group ride the bus down to the alley by Hooters/Coco Bongos have lunch at Caminero Tacos Cancun ( they have a FB page) then go down to beach behind Coco Bongos get some beers brought to us by beach vendors and enjoy the great public beach with white sand and blue water. Do a little shopping then back to TTR on bus. Great couple of hour trip..

 

I'm up for this and I am sure Jen would be as well.

 

We keep saying that we need to step outside the resort and check out some different stuff but we never seem to pull ourselves away. We did go to Isla once and when we got back everyone was like "it was a crazy day, too bad you missed it". Demotivation.

 

Last year we took a cab to Hooters on the afternoon of the 10th day of a 12 day trip. It was a nice break...and I still got to see some hooters!
