So I have been to the resort twice, both times visiting mid Sept. I thought the resort was pretty full, but obviously I had nothing to compare it to. Looking at the May roll call, I am thinking the place is going to be almost sold out during the time period I am there in a few months (May 9th-17th).

Just wondering some opinions from people that have been there at times when the resort is sold out, compared to when it is half full. Does the food quality and food service suffer? I am assuming nothing will change from the bar perspective. I have been very pleased in the past, and I am hoping everything will be the same quality this time. Hopefully they just increase staff when the resort is more full, and everything sticks to the same standards. I would hate to wait much longer in any of the restaurants, look at empty trays on the buffet, and receive food I can tell was rushed just to keep up with the influx of traffic.

Thanks for any and all info!

(to make this post most interesting, I have included a picture of a hot girl that appears to have very high quality produce)

No worries...the bacon and everything else seems to be as fresh as buffet food can ever be. Staffing would almost have to be based around occupancy. I'd think. The one thing that will be evident during a busy month is getting a dinner reservation at the ala carte restaurants.

Never had an issue yet. Just more difficult to get reservations
But not impossible by any means. Should I include Elise in my dinner plans again? Hahaha

I have to say that one of our disappointments this Feb 13-22 was that they were constantly out of bacon and usually low on the French toast, which means I was stuck with soggy pieces or end pieces.... I would say this happened 6 of the 8 breakfasts we made it too. Basically, we had to get a seat with a clear view of the bacon tray so I could see when it arrived, lol.......not a huge deal in the end, but the resort was sold out so I figured this applied to your question..... And i know how much u like bacon from your previous posts

Haha yea, you might want to do that. I know she thought the dinner you all went on together was hilarious. She probably would prefer to leave me anyway. But I am pretty sure there will be a dinner or two I will miss. Sometime I just get so "tired".

Luckily though we are going on a referral this trip. So that might help with reservations or whatnot.

We also have only gone in September prior to this coming May trip. Looking forward to trying it in a different month. We got hit with rain for a good portion of our last trip and that kinda sucked.

We have to do dinner together at least one night.
I loved looking out side at the Italian and still seeing you at the quiet pool bar. Hahaha.

Stunning lack of bacon on this trip. Super frustrating because I like to grab some for my omelette as well as to eat separately. No excuse for food shortages in a buffet with a known quantity of visitors IMO ... Breakfast is served only in the buffet!
