Seems like a lot of folks on here use Alpha rooms . Were looking at booking our 2nd trip to TTR for next Feb . How are peoples experiences with Alpha rooms , good bad , horror stories etc ??. We will be booking hotel only , we will find our own Canadian flights .:aktion069::flagcanada:
We have used them in the past and got crazy good deals. This trip cheaptickets.com had a better deal. We haven't had any issues with alpha rooms. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - Angela
Just used them for our trip in may, was alot Cheaper then any other company in canada. But make Sure you convert the prices in US money to determine deals. Had no problems eventhough i was nervous using them for first time.
We have used them for all 4 of our trips and always found them to be the cheapest option. We only once ever had a small issue with them and it was cleared up within a day by sending them an online message. We will use them again for our next trip. We have already looked into next April and prices are looking to be about 20 - 30 a night cheaper next year.
Interesting, maybe we should look into this a bit more. Always assumed it wouldn't save much if any. Lord know we western Canadians need all the savings we can get. Makes me sick when I look at how much cheaper it is from the east...

Reviving an old thread I guess...but we booked through Alpha Rooms based on positive reviews on this site. Seems all is in order for our June trip, but our friends (M and M) who also booked are concerned as their reservation shows no balance due although they have only paid $10 minimum reserve fee. Any insight? Mainly wanted to put this back out there so they can easily find the thread as they are new to the site and not familiar with the search options yet. By the way Mrs. M has some fabulously nice shoes she...so want to make sure they have a room. LOL...they are new and not familiar with the term. Mr. M asked me what that means today, but I think it is more fun to let them figure it out. Haha!
We had the same problem. They will not be able to pay on the web site now and will need to send a message to them. They will call and take the credit card info by phone. They are pretty weak on customer service.
Thank you all for putting our mind at ease as well. We are with Mike and Ang as well. We booked our flight out longer and have not been able to contact Alpha rooms about extended ng the stay at TTR. Two emails and no response.....
