Would love to know what others have enjoyed for excursions while in Cancun. Horseback riding, Dolphins, Cave explorations. Second trip to TTR, wanted to make a day trip off the resort one day. Any recommendations??
Well a day trip to Isla Mujeres is always fun and can be back in time for the party at TTR even more fun with a group and you can explore the island hit the beach shop and eat and drink at all the restaurants.
We did a trip to Xplore for the day. It was fun left the resort at 8am back by 6 (We hit some traffic on the way back). We did a private tour we book through this site. Lots of time to eat, get changed and catch up on drinking in time to continue the night at Patios.
For us Xcaret was very entertaining, But the most amazing thing we did was a whole day with the dolphin swiming, scuba diving and learning how to train them. I thonk it was with dolphinus at playa del carmen I know there is the the thing about them being abuse in those places, but still it was amazing
I'm sure we'll plan a day trip to ferry over to Isla Mujeres to rent a golf cart...bar and restaurant hop around the island, stopping anywhere that looks interesting...stop at the beach...shop a little...and be back to TTR in time for dinner. If you'd care to join us...the more the merrier!
