About a month before your dates start looking and you will see sticky threads at the top where dates are starting to be determined. Then offically a month before a posted date deposits will open up and you can pay via paypal. Make sure you have your dates posted in the April roll call, because Steve uses these to determine when the best days are to run cruises, with the most people being able to attend.
