Is the air con in the gym good? I'll be in there plenty and don't want to melt into a big pool of Kimo. [emoji12][emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
There is a thermostat on the wall...I just crank the A/C up when I'm in there. There is also a water cooler, but I bring a bottle or something to fill...otherwise you're filling up one of those 1 oz cone shaped cups 100 times.
I always take a water bottle. Thanks for the insight. Much appreciated Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes, very good air. Thats nothing to worry about. The main problem is making sure you don't fall and smash your head when you are working out, because you don't realize how drunk you still are from the night before.
One note. If you workout in the morning first thing, you sometimes have to call for them to turn the lights on, which also turns on the A/C..so it can take a bit to cool down right away. But as others have mentioned it's pretty good...maybe 15 mins and it's tolerable and the humidity has come down some. Nate
Fantastic. As I don't drink alcohol morning drunkenness shouldn't be an issue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
